I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I experience with this company. Honesty and integrity are extremely important to me, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect either. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I spoke with an employee regarding an issue with my windshield wiper. He explained that he would need to assess the area under the hood to address the problem and quoted me approximately 400 for the repair. When I followed up and discuss the price with him again, he denied ever spoken with me about the repair or the quoted price. I found this extremely concerning and unprofessional. I understand that the company may be short-staffed, with only two employees currently working, but staffing issues should not result in customers being overcharged for labor or receiving inconsistent information about pricing. Customers deserve honesty communication, transparent pricing, and professional treatment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would have difficulties recommended this company to others. From start to finish they were excellent, Sarah at the front was friendly and very helpful. Chet was fantastic, got me in and out and unlike many other shops, they were very informative without trying to hard sell me. No pressure, just outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this shop.

Justin Schriener ( store manager) was FANTASTIC. I had an appointment for inspection, store was crazy busy & another employee told me it was going to be a few hours wait, Justin said absolutely not, he would take care of me. Justin took my car right back, completed the job & got me on my way within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone in need of ANY SERVICE that their car required.

I’ve been meaning to type a post for a long while now, but the manager Brandon and Justin were amazing. They’re very nice people. They got me in and out of here quickly while dealing with a lot of other people. I went in a handful of times. I went for an oil change and to make my car pass inspection back in like September and October. I also had to go back a week later because of the one tire I just got I got a flat for going over a pothole that had a nail on it within the same week. So make sure you get the protection on the tires, it’s worth it!! They kept me updated about my car, the parts needed that they had to go get if they didn’t have it, and they’re very professional. Would recommend them!!

Stopped by Monro today for Sable’s (my Volvo’s) NY state inspection and had a great, super quick experience. Justin helped us out—he was friendly, straightforward, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes, which honestly felt like a small miracle for anything car-related. 😅 Really appreciate how easy they made the whole process. Definitely recommend this location if you need an inspection or service. I’ll definitely be back when Sable needs anything else!
